For over 40 years LABOM has been one of the leaders in quality for industrial pressure and temperature measurement technology. The German company specialises in the measuring and monitoring of pressure and temperature as well as the values derived from them, such as fill levels and flow rates. LABOM devices are in service all over the world – mainly in the areas of food/pharmaceutical/biotechnology, chemicals, petrochemicals, energy, environmental conservation and maritime shipping. At present, LABOM employs about 170 staff members and has international technical offices and representatives in more than 40 countries.
In addition to a wide range of standard products, LABOM focuses on the production of purpose-built solutions for customers. The quality management system complies with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, and ATEX 94/9/EC. LABOM devices for hygienic service are manufactured according to GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice) and comply with the standards of the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group).
